Take the warp core stabalizer out of your low slot? Would help if you post the whole fit, the turrets don't affect targeting speed or range so it's something else.

I fly both and have yet to find a time when tracking links were more helpful than something else in the mid slots. Small gangs or fleets... they do have some use in mission fleets but even there it's more just because you don't need a tank or MWD ...

I personally prefer the Domi for it's flexability. Passive shield tank, active armor tank, guns in the highs, salvagers & tractors in the highs (and still decent DPS)... the only thing it can't do is spew missiles. For many level 4 missions I don...
